Management Profiles Thomas (Tom) Lloyd - PRESIDENT, purchased Arrow Welding in 1975. Tom, a chartered account, has guided Arrow’s growth from 5 original employees to a staff of over 40 today. Arrow’s growth and ongoing success are attributable to the company’s commitment to total quality service. This attention to customer service continues to be a key aspect of the company’s mandate to become their customers partner “by choice”. Garry Horton - GENERAL MANAGER, has over 43 years of experience in the welding supply industry. He is widely recognized for his technical expertise and hands-on-assistance in providing from basic to sophisticated welding advice. Garry’s vast knowledge and understanding of the welding industry is key in Arrow Welding’s success. Errol Siemens - SALES MANAGER, Errol has been with Arrow Welding for the past 24 years and is responsible for the sales of Arrow Welding products through 24 distribution outlets serving central and northern Alberta. Quality customer service is Errol’s number one priority. Sandra Walker - CONTROLLER, joined Arrow Welding in April 2009. Sandra brings over 20 years of accounting and management experience in a variety of industries for both private and public companies. She is one member of a dedicated accounting team, providing timely and accurate financial information. Connie Chubey - OPERATIONS MANAGER, rejoined the Arrow Welding team in 2006. In her 20 years in the welding industry, Connie has worked in the warehouse, inventory control, purchasing and customer service (sales) at a corporate and distributor level. With strong communication and organizational skills, Connie has the frontline of Arrow Welding going in the right direction.
