specialty industrial gas products, Edmonton's Arrow Welding & Industrial
Supplies Inc. has been serving central and northern Alberta for over 30 years.
A substantial percentage of Arrow's business is directly related to distributing
Air Liquide products to industries as varied as industrial manufacturers,
breweries, oil and gas, pulp and paper plants with a variety of products for
their day-to-day operations.
MANAGEMENT PROFILE
THOMAS (TOM) LLOYD - PRESIDENT,
purchased Arrow Welding in 1975. Tom, a chartered accountant, guided Arrow's
growth from 5 original employees to a staff of over 40. Arrow's growth and
ongoing success are attributable to the company's commitment to total quality
service. This attention to customer service continues to be a key aspect of the
company's mandate to become their customers' partner "by choice".
GARRY HORTON - OPERATIONS MANAGER,
has over 43 years experience in providing consumers with welding supplies and
is widely recognized for his technical expertise and hands-on-assistance in
providing basic and highly sophisticated welding products. Garry is responsible
for the promotion, sale and delivery of products to customers. Garry's
commitment to quality customer service, both before and after sale, is to
ensure customers get their supplies as quickly and conveniently as possible.
ERROL SIEMENS - SALES MANAGER,
Errol has been with Arrow Welding for the past 24 years and
is responsible for sales of Arrow Welding products through 24 distibution
outlets serving central and northern Alberta.
Quality customer service is Errol's number one priority.
SANDRA WALKER - CONTROLLER,
joined Arrow Welding in April 2009.
Sandra brings over 20 years of accounting and Management experience in a variety of
industries for both private and public companies.
She is one member of a dedicated accounting team, providing timely and accurate financial information.
